per capita : 우리나라 말로 하면 두당, 한 사람당이란 뜻이고 굉장히 formal한 단어이다. per라는 것은 by나 for 같은 의미로 쓸 수 있고, capita은 모자, 머리(cap)라는 기본적인 뜻을 가지고 있다.
